This Privacy Policy explains how SciFigureAI collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use scifigureai.com, our AI scientific figure generation tools, accounts, payment features, email communications, and related services.

When you create or manage an account, we may collect your name, email address, profile image, email verification status, account role, account status, and internal user identifiers. This may include figure type, research field, input mode, research content, required elements, style, layout, aspect ratio, landing page source, locale, example identifier, UTM parameters, generated figure configurations, image descriptions, service task identifiers, service responses, error messages, generated image URLs, storage keys, image dimensions, MIME type, selected asset status, watermark status, and quality level.
Please do not upload or submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party data unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with SciFigureAI.
When you purchase a subscription or credit package, we collect and store payment-related records needed to operate billing and credits. This may include Stripe customer identifiers, price identifiers, plan identifiers, package identifiers, checkout session identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoice identifiers, payment status, billing period dates, trial dates, cancellation status, credit balances, credit transaction history, and payment metadata.
SciFigureAI does not store full payment card numbers. Payment details are processed by Stripe.
If you contact us, subscribe to the newsletter, request password reset emails, verify your email address, or receive service messages, we may collect your name, email address, message content, subscription status, email delivery metadata, and related support information.
